Valves and Seats Details
We provide all kinds of style valves and seats, including full open valve and seat, 3web valve and seat, 4 web valve and seat.
All valve and seat are made from high quality forged alloy steel, carburized for the wear surface to reduce maintenance costs and prolong service life. The insert is made of a tough polyurethane material which combats the wear and abrasion that the mud pump valves and seats subjected to.
Bi-metal Liner
Liner outer sleeve : 45# steel ,tensile strength is σb>610MPa, yield strength is σs>450 MPa,elongation hardness is δ>17%hardness is HRC180-200C
Liner inner sleeve :high chromium cast iron (centrifugal forged) Annealing hardness is HRC ≤40 Quenching hardness is HRC59-67
Chmeical Composition C 2.8%-3.1% Cr 26%-28% Si 0.6%-0.9% Mn 0.5-1% Mo 0.5%-0.8% S,P<0.05%
